GOATA is a unique training system to help decompress the body and enhance movement, We expose the root cause of pain, the limitations in your movement & posture and the bad behaviors you developed during your lifestyle. This is not a short term fix. It is a deep process through corrective exercises that makes real profound long lasting changes in your movement and posture, mental & physical health while saving connective tissues of your joints. It requires discipline, time and work in order to retrain your muscular & skeletal systems.
What would you learn?
GOATA is a physical training program as much as an educational process. You will learn the root cause of bad movement, bad posture, chronic pain, recurring injuries (arthritis, tendonitis, hamstring strains) catastrophic injuries (acl, achilles tear) and how a sedentary lifestyle along with mainstream training (crossfit, bodybuilding, olympic lifts) can create bad behaviors, bad habits that leads to these problems (pain & injury). Through a personalized training of corrective exercises you will implement lifestyle changes to correct bad habits over time, improve movement and learn to live a healthier pain free life.

You can choose to work 12, 16 or 24 weeks with me in person or virtual or you can choose to work on your own. Every option will help decompress the system, eliminate chronic pain, avoid non contact injuries, improve strength, muscle and performance.
