Billy Riano

Thank You for visiting my website, My name is Billy Riano I’m currently a certified G.O.A.T.A . Coach movement specialist, also a NSPA certified PT, Olympic Lifting Coach & IKFF Kettlebell Coach. 

I’m currently In Miami Beach Florida but I’m born and raised in Puerto Rico.  My main goal is to help my clients fitness journey encompass everything from posture, movement, training & nutrition. Whether you’re a regular joe sports enthusiast, a striving athlete or an elite professional looking to stop chronic pain, recurring injuries and get stronger  without sacrificing mobility & athleticism then GOATA fitness Training is for you.

Most of my life I play basketball and started lifting weights around 14-15 yrs old prioritizing hypertrophy and progressive overload.  In my 30’s I add it long distance running, triathlons, obstacle courses while still lifting weights a traditional way thinking my muscles were strong but in reality I was getting more fragile with time, 

My skeletal & muscle system was breaking down, it started with a collapse arch, plantar fasciitis, achilles tendonitis recurring hamstring strains, tightness & discomfort in my hips joints which lead to numerous bulge disc, back pain & injuries, thankfully I treat them with PRP & stem cell therapy which help a lot not knowing that that was just a bandaid  and I was still dealing with pain & injury. I dive in to Yoga, mobility and foot strengthening, Functional Patterns and they all help up to a certain point until I discovered GOATA locomotive system, it helped me understand the root cause of all my pain & issues. 1 year later my skeletal and muscular system decompresses, I’m a better mover now, stronger with better mobility and athleticism at 50 years old than when I was in my 30’s and 40’s.  By realigning your body starting with feet and hips, will tackle the root cause of pain, discomfort and movement limitations.  This system is proven successful.

Before training with Billy Riano I didn't know how to navigate a gym nor consider myself strong or athletic. Now, I can safely say, I am stronger than ever, and more confident. I’ve been working out with Billy for more than 8 years and I love his intensity and the the variety of exercises he uses. He’s always changing routines in order to keep things exiting and i love the way he combines free weights with cardio. Highly recommended.
