G.O.A.T.A. Global Laws

The common traits we found by observing the most durable humans in the planet are what GOATA coaches call GOATA Global Laws and these laws are:

GOATA movement patterns were and are observed in nature, it was founded by observation & study of the world’s most durable humans on the planet or best movers of the world, these groups of humans include: Indigenous tribes population, babies and children, multi decade athletes with minimal injuries over their careers, and late age (75+) athletes that still compete injury free in events like triathlons, marathons & track & field. Through the study of these groups a clear pattern of movement and rest presented itself, the use of slow motion video analysis allowed the frame by frame observation of their movement we found some common traits, how is that all these people from all over the world of different ages and have never met one another but move exactly the same? These findings led to the realization of an innate design for human movement, humans are designed to move in a particular way. We are NOT built for injury, we are built to be injury proof. A torn ACL in the wild is a death sentence same as an achilles tear. WE would not last very long if humans were designed to suffer non contact, acute or chronic injuries at the rate we see in the general population or elite athletes. Every and any contact injury is preventable if moving according to our innate design.

Billy was a great trainer. Very accommodating to my hectic schedule and he always kept the workouts interesting. I really enjoyed that he mixed things up which made every workout enjoyable. He did a good job by keeping me motivated - checking up on me on non-workout days and encouraging me to eat healthy as part of our plan. I saw results!

I didn’t like going to the gym before, i even tried different gyms and trainers and nothing really worked for me. A really good friend referred me to Billy so i decided to try it out and went for the free session, to my surprise i totally loved him, nothing like other trainers i had hired before. Super patient and a totally different coaching style! I love that he really cares about me and my well-being.

Ive trained with Billy for two years and have never had the same workout. More importantly, I’m in much better shape at 42 than I was at 40. I could solve the world’s water crisis with the sweat he got out of me. He’s also very knowledgeable about nutrition and offers ways to maximize results thru proper diet, and natural supplements.
